A notebook or journal that you keep for journaling generally, or, more specifically, tracking your magical practice?
No, but I really should. Never know what to write though.
Sort of. I record divination outcomes and interpretation notes so I don't have to remember them and can go back and see how accurately they turn out afterwards. I also write down significant dreams and paranormal encounters.
I started writing in a notebook when i got thrown in the looney bin a while back and had nothing else to do. Started out basically just ranting about my situation and eventual spiritual goals, but it turned out to be real useful to have a record of anything important that crossed my mind.Unfortunately I hit a bit of a block after discovering technique for isolating and cultivating my conscious and subconscious mind(s). Don't really know what to write at this point, just feel i should continue practice. Doesn't help either that I have watchers now, I feel like anything I write has to make some sense in the context of them watching as well as my own goals.. pic related one of the latest pages detailing priorities and context moving forward on my journey lol

For the most part, I only write down things that I actually tried that yielded some kind of result whether positive or negative. I'm up to 10 journals in total now and I'm starting to consider some kind of version control like git. Might be more efficient for me to move things to digital.
No. As a former targetted individual and part of the gate programme and monster study. Pretty much everything I have ever said and done has been recorded at some point and it seems like certain people at certain levels of society seem to know everything about me. They even monitor the porn I watch and the pictures of themselves that women send me on instagram.
