I have to say, I prefer smoking to vape because in comparing the two, there is something about the chemicals put in a vape, it also has side effects. For me it burns my sinuses and throat and chest in a way smoking does not. I can smoke an 8th within a 24 hour period easily, when smoking consistently, I typically smoke 2oz or more per month, I can smoke a gram joint at once with relative ease, none of this affects my motor skills, so I'm essentially a mutant outlier and this doesn't apply the same to other people. And If I don't keep doing that all day for days on end, then I don't need long for my lungs to feel normal again. I have found, 2 grams or less a day, is easy to recover from in terms of lungs and sinuses. Vape is not the same, even a 90% cartridge has than other amount that adds up, because I vape as fast too, that amount adds up quickly, and when I stopped the side effects went away. I have friends that smoke, they have turned to vape, but I haven't seen them lately, I don't know what it does for them. One vapes tobacco a lot, I know it does him some kind of harm, he talks about it. There is something in those oils, the ingredients, it does something that smoking does not. Vape is so new that we won't know for a while what it does long term, nothing compared to longitudinal data with traditional smoking. But, my experience, it is not good, I advise to avoid it unless there are smell considerations, also fire hazards.

I know someone who recovered from it, another who passed away from it, I don't know what their eating habits were, but they're older than me, and we're noticing a trend in people my generation or younger. There should be something that is common between the cases that is not figured out yet. Probably something in food or drink, or pharmaceuticals, but what ones do everyone use?
