I know there's a stigma but I tried one anti-depressant and it actually sort of helped. But the last time I tried taking them for a long period of time, they start giving horrible side effects and don't work very well so I don't know. That's why I took one because if i take one every once in a while it can sort of provide some benefit. Oddly enough, I do feel a little bit more positive and happy. I actually want to go outside and do positive things and I feel sort of lifted above my current predicament. *sigh*I feel like I've sort of worked something out, if I switch between CBD and ginseng or something
