Been thinking, is the pacing of dbd objectives when played 'properly' the antithesis of horror? When going for a weak link, the killer's power increases as the game goes on; less people and ability to stop him = more weight & power that the killer has in the game. It makes it more tense for survivors and each chase is life or death for everyone in the trial.The opposite of 2 hooking everyone/playing fairly is a slow bleed where as the 'film' goes on the killer gets weaker and weaker till their potential to win is 0%.
