A better DPS is far more important and decides way more games than a better healer. Both healers are going to have game knowledge, know when to use their ults and hit basically their entire team with heals and get into roughly the right position, same with tanks. A slightly better Luna is not going to make or break the game.The better DPS however will decide the game even a slight difference will make a much bigger difference.
