I just can't seem to get rid of the bit of judder using SteamVR and Meta Horizon Link.Increasing the refresh rate to 120hz doesn't fix it, using recommended Oculus Debug Tool settings doesn't fix it, and none of the steamvr.vrsettings options that people recommend me even exist in my steamvr.vrsettings file.I guess I should be happy I can play at all. Now that I've fixed most of my issues I just need to see if Walkabout will work for me online and not crash.
