The way I have been learning modeling is by having AI “teach” me specifically for a video game it’s also teaching me to make. The instructions for it are clear, you cannot make anything for me but I will just tell it what I want to do and it will tell me how to do it and why I’m doing it. So far, it has been a coaching on both sides experience but I do indeed have working models now that I could replicate from scratch if I had to, and I do understand a little more than the basics of rigging except for IK joints, that is still new to me. Setting up a gun reload animation, simple animation paths, etc. I can do that now. I JUST learned hands and fingers bro. Hands and fingers pissed me off more than any other part of this process not gonna lie, more than learning blueprints or anything in unreal. For reference I started with Gemini as it has superior screenshot reading capability but Claude is simply better at context and long thinking, IMO for this specific use. At one point in this project Gemini produced a hallucinated response in full Chinese and I knew it was time to get drop it and get Claude for this project
