Primarily the cgcookie sub was for rigging, but it is well worth it if you are not very familiar with Blender. That and Wayne Dixon does a great job with the rigging tutorials, I learned a lot. I am also planning to buy the Alive! animation course which is from another teacher, it's 100 dollars or so, but apparently extremely worth it. I believe you could get to an inexperienced junior animator by taking it, so I intend too. Blender is great for cartoony stuff now. I regret not taking it more seriously before, but with so much good learning free and paid, I think now is the time if you want to make cartoons.
