Everything else that's technical is done in autodesk software, either max or maya.I hate that snoy programmer UI especially the addon list going down vertically and you have to tilt your head to read them.

Just go learn rigging it's not hard and takes a little experimentation but there's 100+ different ways of doing the same thing in Blender and almost none of them require an addon to achieve
