The concept of zombies retaining some of, or a lot of their personality and retaining mental acuity that way is a subject we've already discussed a lot here before, such as on different methods for how that could occur. It's a super hot concept because logically with that being a factor, if you’re also immune but still a carrier if the virus just doesn't affect you somehow, and therefore not identified by zombie women as uninfected, then they could simply respond emotionally and mentally to the stimuli of your presence and appearance such as being sexually flirtatious and physically advancing towards you because that's already how they would feel towards you regardless of having turned, because they find you attractive. I have more thoughts on the topic but please excuse me if it takes quite a while for me to respond these days!
