There's no one-size-fits-all mod sadly, there are some larger body conversion packs for some bodies, Bibo included.You can then create what's called a Collection in Penumbra which will apply specific mods to specific targets, such as only applying X mods to Female NPCs and the like. Collections let you mass apply mods to appear on what NPCs you want, so you can go ham. Combine this with Glamourer, and you can create specific looks for NPCs. Otherwise Collections just mass applies them to everyone.

The problem is the actual amount of armor, textures, and general assets for a mass conversion mod to a body type is, frankly, insane for XIV. Making a full armor conversion mod is exponentially more massive of an undertaking than say, Monster Hunter. Considering most are looking for specific outfits, it's just more intuitive for people to convert specific vanilla outfits rather than the undertaking of ALL of it.Doesn't mean no one has, things like https://heliosphere.app/mod/hxzw7jkrxh4nvd7bkmjj7aq1f8 were around. A lot of the big packs never got updated post DT, which broke them with how it redid textures. Which opens the door to updating them yourself, via Textools built in tools, just takes a couple of clicks, but here we start that slippery slope of stepping beyond simple modding.Anyone, long and short of it, there are plenty of Vanilla conversions out there, you just have to dig through multiple sites and repositories to find them. If you really want, learning how to update a mod to DT via Textools will genuinely, take you a LONG way by letting you really dig into old old conversions. Since Bibo is so old of a body, there's going to be a lot you could update yourself.
