Here's one more idea guy thing that's pretty simple - Strip Poker at the Inventory, but with wedgies instead... would be cool if people still found Kisekae relevant. Well, drawbacks are drawbacks for a reason...

But I was thinking, imagine a section where you can choose to add specific landmarks to whatever area you're forced to stay in (school, guild, spaceship, ect). One such area could be a mini forest of flagpoles, refereed to as the Rainbow Jungle or Prison of agony, where bullies are able to take their dorks and give them flagpole wedgies quite easily.

We could take the simple route and just have 1 number, say 5, which nerds gain 5 bonus points because it's technically a drawback to have an area like that, and Bullies must spend 5 points to gain access to an area like that... however, nerds really don't want this area (assuming they aren't a wedgie slut), simply because they are liable to spend hours there, sometimes daily. The inverse comparative benefit for bullies isn't... as much. What, you're gonna spend 15 minutes hanging up your dork? Then what? Watch them struggle, or just leave the area?

Now that I think about it... maybe it would be better for the CYOA to be bully focused (with maybe a bonus modifier to inverse everything so you have bullies with the build instead, for those wedgie sluts). Or maybe just two different ones? There are CYOAs out there where you're not expected to benefit, such as eroge dungeons and such... Although I think it will be worth the extra effort to include both bullies and nerds, and even switches, into one!

I was thinking something like trash's tentacle realms CYOA. They have options for what you would look like, how the scenario starts, what region you end up in, what companions you'd get, equipment, magic system, patron deity, specific scenarios, global rules, etc. I provided a link to a CYOA builder for those that wanted to try it out. Something I like about CYOAs is that the more options there are, the better, so a community can really benefit from group-interaction from it. Point is, you don't have to include a choice for everything, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

You could easily make it both. Maybe have certain options increase or decrease nerd or bully leaning, and make it so that there are different available options at the end based on how one leans. The higher bracket options would come with an automatic decrease in the alternatives that could be offset, making switch styles possible, but less efficient than min-maxxing. It's also possible to have an option to make your own companion/rival where all you'd need to do is go through the CYOA again. Companions would be a point-sink, and rivals would be a point-refund. Making it the same choice with a minimum cost, regardless of whether they're friend of foe, that lets you choose how they interact with you could be interesting.

I think I know which one you are talking about, but do you have a link~? I'd love to hear more of your ideas too! Hmm, a few of my own:

1. An entire section of enchanted and cursed undies, where you gain benefits and negatives for specific styles, like wearing rocketships let's you use rocket propulsion on your feet, but whenever someone says "Blast Off!" you rocket away.

2. Perhaps separate sections for Magic and Superpowers? If going Magic we could divide them in schools DnD style. Few extra spells: Updraft to create upskirts, summoning mischievous fae spirits to prank, or shadow demons to bully, psychic compulsions to strip clothes off...

3. Magic items too: Belt of Anti-Picking, prevents anyone from pick pocketing you... and you from picking your own wedgies. Paddle of Infernal Punishment, causes your spanking bruises to last until a set amount of corner time...

4. Quests and dungeons are more than possible too.

Granted, I have started thinking of a fantasy exclusive setting... Which does open possibilities of character classes as well. We could call it the Wedgie Isekai CYOA, or maybe something more clever.

And a sort of final tally counter to determine a build's status is brilliant! Makes it so you have to work for being a bully! Although, if we do so, I would like to keep the two separate. Just cause you pull a lot of panties doesn't mean your own doesn't get pulled often!

As I said, only the min-maxed options reduce the status of the others, and they can be mitigated. It's fully possible to be a hybrid, but it'd be less efficient. I like the idea of a "Wedgie Isekai CYOA", and a fantasy setting doesn't prevent SciFi elements from existing. Think "ancient, forgotten civilization with mysterious technology" or simple cultural differences. I think leaving most boons and banes, and any other flavor-text, mostly up to the viewer would be ideal, but some options having built-in pros-and-cons would be cool. Including the option of customizing your own equipment, with a special emphasis on the underwear, would probably offer a lot of potential.
I like a lot of your ideas. Many of mine are double-edged and conditional feats and powers, like "being able to teleport between lockers (but still be locked inside)" or a necromancer-style power that turns people into loyal zombified minions by giving them atomic wedgies, or having them give others atomic wedgies. You could totally take inspiration from other settings for special spells and equipment. For instance, happily11's fantasy setting has elves with underwear that can't rip, and can be stretched indefinitely. Another interesting source to consider is halls of humiliation, (picrel for >>9203758) which has that fantasy element, too.
Also, tentacle realms is an absurdly detailed CYOA that gets posted in the trash CYOA refuge thread. I only mentioned it because of the sheer amount of autistic dedication that went into it. Here's an interactive, WIP version of it: https://tentacle-realm.neocities.org/ personally, I wouldn't recommend looking too deeply into it, but it's impressive nonetheless. The more creativity and options, the better in my book, but adding this level of detail to the first CYOA you make is probably too much to ask, so I don't expect anything like this.
