Really? I'm not seeing it outside of the employer emphasizing the lactating girl has a quality the company needs, which doesn't even address what is happening in the earlier panels.

Based on the sequence, I thought there was some "joke" in relation to each character "suppressing" something.
The first employer's forehead is bulging with fluid, completely mindless while the job-seeker rambles on, until he knocks himself out.
Then the next panel has a guy I guess suppressing anger to the point of bleeding> The girl in the back is lactating through her shirt completely engorged.

The commonality I'm seeing here is people "holding something that needs to come out in".

But if what you're saying is true, I suppose there is no actual connection with this comic, just a string of unfunny "joke" bitching about the job market. The forehead guy I guess is just supposed to be retarded, like "haha the job market is so retarded it won't hire someone with credentials?"
Then the second one is the guy being so mad over the ridiculuesness of the job requirements while the lactating lady gets in because boss man wants to suckle?

If that's honestly it, then this is one of the worst attempts at humor I've ever seen. The comic is completely incoherent and the artist doesn't understand what humor is.

They should probably just draw porn.

Are you the artist? I checked their work, seems to be your standard unfunny fujo woman and or possibly tranny comic with a occasional porn content to "stand out".
It would explain how that series of panels seem to not correlate, like in a Chris Chan esque understanding what "humor is".

It's one panel of "My Wooden Badge tastes delicious" followed by "Oww my Axels!"
