I can access the ENB menu with shift+enter,so its workinking(I think). Im ussing using rudy preset with obsidian weathers. when i press shift+f12 to toogle the enb on and off, the lightning changes noticeably

that's about all and yeeting the \enbcache\ folder when swapping presets/major settings e.g. terrain parallax can fix some issues like spiky ground

None of those mods start the animations, for that you need a matchmaker mod and you can set up two characters for a scene. Unless you want to encounter it more organically in game, in which case you'd want to use Sexlab Aroused Creatures.
