>>9242243>>9242248It has less to do with morphs but more with custom race, fertility mode gets confused when the modded follower is a snow elf for example.with fmr 1.3 you can override the custom race within the mcm with a default one, ergo assign for example high elf to your snow elf companion and add her to tracking, then she can get pregnant like any other npc or follower, but will give birth to a high elf child.
