We've had this discussion before but it's hard to design an ABDL game where diapers aren't the fail state, or just included as an outfit option. A lot of times continence and maturity are what you're trying to maintain, and regressing/getting padded happens on game overs, which is counter to what the intended audience would want.

I've thought about it a lot and I figured the best way to do this might focus on the ebb and flow of interest. ABDL interest builds over time, which is alleviated by wearing. Maturity marks keeping this cycle stable, while immaturity lets it build until it overflows in a binge, then crashes with a purge. So say as desire builds the player gets reduced stats until they wear, which shaves off desire but gives them a temporary buff instead (wetting and messing increases this buff). But if too much desire is shaved off (say from a binge), then the player gets greatly reduced stats after the binge is over (purging), encouraging either high-risk-high-reward or a more stable management of it. Maybe with more frequent use of a stable cycle the buff can increase, reinforcing better behavior?

Okay the Kiddo Playtimes are a really good daytime diaper. Inexpensive, relatively thin and lightweight, but have a lot of SAP and swell like crazy, plus have a 6000mL capacity, making them good as a midrange diaper. Also, the pastel colors are cute, and the tapes don't use gorilla glue for their adhesive.
