Curious how MC ends up like this or if this is just another misleading teaser. But it's been hinted at since the start so it's obviously going to be a big thing. The issue is at this point in the game MC becoming a depressed junkie seems very out of character in several routes. Also Quinn egging him on to shoot up with her doesn't make sense on routes where they dont have much of a relationship and on her route where's she's been very adamant about not getting him involved with all the drugs and shit.
