First you load in any scene you want, add a person, apply this girls appearance and then apply her plugin preset for the same person. Go to the Male Morphs tab and zero everything and then make the MVR_G2Female morph 1 and check the Use Female Morphs On Male. That should make it so you have all of your female looks morphs on the male. As for hair you can take the files of the hair out of the package they are in and you can put them in your Custom/Hair/Male folder and they should be usable there or you can use the Cross Gender Hair plugin from Stopper.
