According to a 4chan mod, real or realistic people AI is no longer allowed on /aco/. From what I can tell, this isn't an explicit rule so far, but the reasoning behind it is likely the same as the one where the entire /r/ board was deleted - the TAKE IT DOWN Act. This act primarily prohibits revenge porn, which /r/ was technically producing on a daily basis with its photo edits, but the advent of AI generated porn certainly is something the American lawmakers took into account.However, what is considered real or realistic is a gray zone from what I can see. Just looking at the previous thread, there were many realistic renders that didn't get deleted, while some other threads were much more trigger-happy about deleting any realistic AI content. So, as an attempt to key into what is permitted, I'll post a series of pics, and see which ones will remain by the time this thread reaches its bump limit.
Starting off, here is a Western-style cartoon gen featuring fictional characters.
Same as above, but rendered in a more realistic style.
Cartoon gen but looking more 3D than drawn 2D.
Somewhat realistic gens of fantasy creatures, like orcs, goblins, elves ect.
Now, here's where things get interesting: stylized realistic gens of a fictional character whose face might've been based on a model or may have similarities with a real person.

Realistic gens of human characters not from any sort of media whose faces might be generated from a real person, but whose proportions and abilities clearly indicate that they are not real.
And finally, very realistic looking render of a human character not from any sort of media whose face might be generated from a real person's, and whose proportions are not exaggerated in such a way for it to be absolutely clear that the image was created via AI. However, it's common sense to conclude that this is a gen and not a real person.
And as a reminder to myself and everybody else here, here's how the list goes in case anything gets deleted (plus I made some spelling and grammar corrections because I'm clearly illiterate):01.
