If Cyberpunk is anything to go by, it seems a lot of people like the idea of getting turned into some form of cyberslut in the future. As for my personal taste, I find a lot of paleolithic genderswaps to be fun. Getting trapped on some tribal island and get forced into the more ancient hunter/gatherer gender roles is a comfy concept.

I'm a soft identity death enjoyer, I like it when the person going through the transformation has their mind changed to suite their new role they now have to play. Though I prefer part of the original mind to always be cognizant enough to realize what has happened to them because I like the humiliation and acceptance aspects of it too.
