Anybody know what it takes to make a successful PMV? I've been trying for years to make one that people like, but I only ever manage to get like 1K views on them while other PMV creators get like 10K or 30K views on theirs.

I am not white so I don't resonate with cringe rave synthwave music that they put in PMVs. I have towatch them on mute. and play my own trap playlist in another tab. I like female rappers so I guess people should use thier music, but its my individual taste ig. I have seen many twerk compilations on youtube and they infact use rap music and make the videos sync to beat, add screen shake.
