Lost my wallet for the first time on the bus and cannot get over the rage I feel at losing it. Im mad at myself for losing it and mad at my family for putting me in the situation where I lost it (asking me to come over). While I know its not their fault and its my fault I still want to direct my anger at myself and them. I want the people who found it and decided to charge my cards to die of painful cancer.How can I get over this seething rage.
