I feel like that too, I've come to realize the problem is I try to sleep when I'm not tired and I try to get up when I'm sleepy as fuck. Are you a NEET? If you wake up tired, sleep a bit more. Problem solved.

Recommend a carnivore or ketogenic diet as a simple lifestyle change.
You, can't sleep if your insulin level is high, it blocks melatonin production, and if you need a cpap machine it indicates your metabolism is fucked.
Try full on carnivore for a month making sure not to eat anything at all after 6pm.

What are you currently taking (both prescription and off-prescription)?

What's your diet like? Do you smoke/drink?

Have you had blood works done?

How long do you sleep for a night? Are you able to have a lie-in on days off or is something waking you up on those days as well?

Stomach pain could be a stomach ulcer (H. pylori) which is worsened by stress. It would also cause nutrient malabsorption because it's fucking up your stomach which in turn leads to brain fog.

List the other things that are worrying and stressing you here (besides family in hospital), it sometimes helps to see them written down.
