Specifically people who I can talk to during the day and maybe attend lectures and exercise sessions together in university.

I think a big reason that I have not acquired friends is because I (think I) am boring and unlikable. And also a lot of things people discuss about are not interesting. Also I think people see me as a bit autistic and a bit clumsy.

I am leaving my current university - in which I am friendless - this summer. So I will get a fresh start again.

Also pic related are some regulations I have to follow in regards to my personality. That is what I have to work with.

Why do you have to follow them? You're going to have an extremely difficult time making friends with normalfags with guidelines like that.

People hate this. They can't tell what you're thinking and you won't even lie to them so they assume you must be thinking something shitty. It's crazy how many people think you don't like them or you're being judgemental just by being quiet.

Go to ther kind of thing you like (e.g. lecture or gym). Say hello to the person next to you.

I know. However this is what I must work with. I'm not sure how much of the standard advice for friend acquisition will work in this situation.

you seem like you read / write a lot given your rule are pretty immaculate in terms of grammar and word choice. Why not try to join some type of book club?

A lot of people give little regard to those who are quiet too, it's pretty clear why though.

the best piece of advice I could give you would be to search for other groups like cycling / rock climbing / activity groups or what not offa facebook. Not sure where you reside but there may be some flyers laying around that are looking for people to do shit like volunteer work.
