I am considering putting in a formal complaint at work against a superior for unprofessional communication. Ongoing rudeness to all the workers that is heavily back with the implications of discipline.Should I put this in witting or will it just make me the nail that is sticking up?
Only complain when you have a job lined up.
>>34558023Yeah new work is getting hard to get.
>>34557976Decided to hold off and speak to upper management next week. Let them know that I am now planning to start paperwork should anything further occur.I'm no pussy, I have gotten bold with both cops and wild animals, but when it's your pay and you are dealing with the HR type its a different game. I hate the corpo world
>>34557976I have had experience with this sort of thing. If you are being yelled at or talked down to, it might be because you are underperforming at work or have a bad attitude. If so, then that kind of communication is meant to solve the problem by making you either straighten out or quit.On the other hand, if you have been doing a good job, then that is unusual. Such a person would not be told anything in a manner that would be considered rude. An employee who is getting things done should be treated respectfully and in a friendly manner. In that case, it could be your manager’s fault for being a disagreeable person. In that case, I would bring it up to the Human Resources department.
if you are in europe:anonymous letter + saying it is a "we" problem (more than one employee is fed up with their bs) + threaten to engage the help of worker union + threaten to engage your lawyers if they dont 180 right the fuck nowthis works in 99% of the time and i even did once just that with successif you are in the usa:unlucko
