Any time I ask for help I just get made fun of. Is there any helpful advice for someone with a spending addiction? Specifically I can't stop using food apps such as Doordash and Uber Eats etc. I've deleted the apps. I've deleted my accounts. I've hidden my debit cards. I've blocked the websites. And yet I still make my way back to the same apps. I even go out of the way to get groceries both online and in person and the food will either sit there or I'll finish it all and go back to the apps. I know. I know. It's silly. It's ridiculous. I need someone to actually hear me and help me on this because its a problem thats affecting a lot of people. I know I'm not alone but anyone speaking up is just ridiculed. Please.

Do as I do, only buy things that are simple to make. Buy meat, and season with sea salt, put it in the air frier, and let it cook for 5 minutes both sides at 180 degrees. Buy fruits like grapes, bananas, and specially berries, and if you want you can eat a bit of cashew nuts and other varieties as well. You won't have to cook, they are all delicious, you will be healthier, it's going to be cheap. You don't need to cook rice, roots and other garbage.
