How do I stop listening to youtube videos all day? I don't really socialize with others, which is how it started. It's become a bit of a dependency over the years, my thoughts are unfocused and my memory has gotten somewhat worse. It sounds dumb, but how do I stop doing it? Should I replace it with something? Sorry again for the dumb question.

Relearn how to be comfortable with silence and stillness. Spend a bit of time every day sitting quietly with your own thoughts. Start small if you have to. Once you're comfortable being your own company, you won't feel the need for constant distraction anymore, and your focus and memory will improve.

I concur on the silence part.
