I claimed Romanian citizenship via ancestry and thought of doing a master’s degree in some EU country since it would be free, but I am not sure how valued it would be if I returned to the USA. Is it worth my time to go to EU if I will return to U.S. after? And which schools would you recommend?

I considered University of Bucharest, but I don’t think I would vibe well with a larger city campus.

Depends on the country
In France, it's about €400
Guess an American would consider it free

It depends on the country, I think. I was trying to go for this myself, and some foreign degrees don't quite transfer out due to different regulations and curricula. Usually they do transfer all over within the EU, though.

I was looking at MBA programs which should be accepted universally
