What's it like living in a majority Asian-American neighborhood as a White/Jewish man? Seems like a good idea, whenever I visit such places people are generally seem quiet and polite, which is a relief having experienced plenty of other neighborhoods where people are noisy, confrontational, and smelly. Most East Asians lack the BO gene, which is why I feel more comfortable being around them in general. Heard that they are cold and distant towards outsiders in their bubble, but I don't really belong to a race or culture of my own, and would prefer just living somewhere where people don't bother you or ask too many questions.

You see those "asian tradwife" blogposts?
You should probably look up counterexamples
It's going to be a fun and educational read, i promise.
Peruse.

The most unfriendly neighbors I ever lived among were midwestern US Christians.

By unfriendly, do you mean actively hostile, or just keeping to themselves?

I grew up in a majority Vietnanese part of south Seattle. It was fine, people aren't super friendly but that is true is non-Asian majority parts of the city too. Very low street crime, but that was because of the mob. Badminton was very popular, ditto pickleball

I lived in a mixed Indian & White area, with a few East Asians as well. Indians are intelligent and have good work ethnic but are very snobby. They are very much into credentialism. I had one Indian dad who was being somewhat rude to me flat-out ask, "If you don't mind, what is the highest level of education you've completed?" After he found out I graduated from college, his demeanor changed drastically, and he was telling me about how is daughters are in college as well. It was kind of funny. Indians don't commit crimes but may be skeptical towards non-Indians.

With East Asians, it really depends on what background they are from, but they also have good work ethic and high intelligence. They tend to be more introverted, on average, and seem to assimilate more --- you are more likely to see an EA hanging out with a group of whites than an Indian. The girls are notorious for dating white guys as well.

If you're living in an Asian-majority neighborhood, you're probably doing financially well, in which case you should have no problems overall.

Hostile. I was "different" just by not being a couple with 2.4 children and a blue collar job, and resented

very violent, dirty, loud, lacking manners, constant fights in public even at 3 am, car crashes constantly, smell of pungent asian food everywhere you go. they will avoid you though so non-confrontational is true

Don't be alarmed if they constantly praise you for your deceit and cunning as a Jew. It's the best compliment ever from Asians
