I’m seeing a girl who is smart, shares common interests with me, and seems to like me. The catch is that I do not find her attractive. How should I deal with this?

Better not to, who are you kidding. I had a fat girl show interests with me, she had good personality, taste and was smart but the thought of dating her disgusted me. I think dating someone you don't find attractive is cruel to them.
