What is there to do about pitbulls in my neighborhood? They are supposed to be illegal in Ontario, but my city chooses not to enforce the law.I read the bylaw and interpreted it to say muzzles for pitbulls were mandatory. I called the city, and muzzles are not mandatory.I don't feel like I can relax when I go outside. I got chased by one several years ago and managed to climb up on a balcony to escape it.

Statistically the odds of being bit by a pitbull is still low. They're elevated compared to other dog breeds but not crazy high either.If you're really worried, as the other anon said you'd need to leave the neighborhood. Pitbull ownership isn't that common in Ontario, your situation seems pretty neighborhood specific.

Carry a beating stick or a pipe. I know it's Cuckland in Canada but i'd still take my chances with a court over a pitbull attack. Also if you want get a body cam especially if some limp dick cop tries to hassle you for carrying a stick you'll have documented evidence of running from illegal shitbulls or even you defending yourself with said stick/pipe. No jury would convict, even in Canada. The best bet is get a hardwood short cane or walking stick type thing. The harder and thicker the "cane" the better. You use it for walking because your back hurts or whatever. You need to improvise some sort of weapon you can carry that won't trigger the cucked police of your loser ass cuck country. Get creative. Oh me? I live in a free state in the USA so carry whatever knives I want and my Glock when i'm out walking.
