I was awake for 15 hours today so far, from 10:30AM to 1:30AM now, in which time I have accomplished literally nothing but work out at the gym, buy some cleaning supplies at the store, and sext with Turkish girls online. Am I a loser?

Do you feel like you came closer to self-actualizing?
If you did, then you're not a loser. If you did not, then you are.

Self-actualizing means becoming the ideal version of yourself. So if your greatest aspiration is to become an artist, you would self-actualize by practicing your craft. If it was to be happily married, you would self-actualize by building a good relationship. If it was to get filthy rich, you would self-actualize by working. So on and so forth.
