30 y.o and same, but I lost 20kgs, reinstalled dating apps in March, now seeing some success. It's hard. It's time consuming. Waiting is difficult. You need to learn how to put up the right pics and be honest, but eventually it does pay off. After many months and many lessons, but the first gateway is the profile. Just keep going man. Until you understand how to not take it personally on your flesh. I'm experiencing so much bullshit regularly that I'm getting used to trauma and my trauma response is improving. Bought into this meme and it got me nothing btw. I'm not saying it doesn't work, but it's one avenue. You would be stupid - if your goal is truly to get a female - to not use all tools at your disposal. I'm currently doing dating apps, speed dating soon, and still keeping an eye open irl though it's nerve wracking to constantly think about IRL ladies so that part of my life is largely untouched unless a girl comes and shows clear signs of interest.
