How to control anger? If something doesn't work right i get really intensely pissed off and stressed out and start yelling and shit. it will be something stupid like my mother forgetting her phone password for the 500th time
>>34571904Read Seneca's 'On Anger'.
>>34571904I was quick to get angry with my gf and shout while we were discussing relationship stuff, going to therapy and opening up to how I feel with my psychologist helped me get rid of the repressed feelings I had accumulated throughout the years.
>>34571904I understand this, I get annoyed very quickly too, usually when people come and disturb me over things I believe they could've done themselves, or when they try to pry and intervene in my life too much. But the thing is, I always feel bad for getting angry over these things, after the anger passes. If they're asking for your help, it's because they trust and rely on you, and that's good.I shouldn't be annoyed by it. If they're trying to intervene, it might be because they care and want to help.Controlling your anger and not letting it take control over you almost always feels miles more rewarding than giving in to it. It's usually not worth it.What I think you can do is>try to calm down during the moment>don't be hasty on the things you say or do>take a breather after it if you can>talking (calmly) with the person and explaining your side might help>going to therapy might help in venting it out>exercising might help in discharging the energy and frustration
