My spice tolerance is so laughably low I bought this variety pack Buldak ramen from amazon thinking I could handle it if I just power through. I ate the original pack and my entire mouth felt like it was getting stabbed my needles, my eyes and nose were leaking, I got light headed, and I nearly pissed myself. This was just from half a bowl. I then tried Carbonara and it was the same thing. I tried to just shove it all down my throat and I nearly threw up. Even with milk this time I still could only eat half.I don't want to waste money and my pride won't allow for me to not do what millions of cute asian girls can. Please teach me how to increase my spice tolerance so I can conqueror this challenge.
>>34573474you develop resistance to spicy food overtimesome people are too sensible to it tho, so the ceiling of how much you can take is genetically imprinted in you.I can eat any buldak no problem but the first time I tried the x3 times spicy it took me an hour to finish and the first portions I really had to accompany with milk and stuffthe last time I tried that one it was spicy of course but I didn't need anything else to eat it.But I've been eating spicy food ever since I was 8 years old as many dishes of my country are very spicy and there is a spicy sauce that you can put to any and every dish if you want to.
If you are talking about that 3x spicy one, you don't have to worry about your tolerance because it is extremely spicy
Imagine wanting to poison your body daily.
>>34573474Start with something mildly spicy. Tobasco has smoked chipotle flavor that's really good. Tapatio is another good one.
>>34573474Those spicy korean ramens are no joke dude, I do like spicy foods and I eat spicy meals somewhat frequently. But, when I try those korean noodles, I just can't tank it man. It's a shame, because the flavor is good, but the overspiciness just ruins the experience. If you must, my advice is to do what the other anons said, to try and slowly get used to it by getting used to something milder first, and then move upwards from there with time.
