I have compsci degree and cant be assed to code ever since the 1st semester. Last time i had a tech job was manual QA internship back in 2023 to 2024, then i went to do a general affairs job during december 2024 to april 2025. Been jobless for a year and did nothing but sleep my days away.I wrote my CV with AII made my portfolio document with AiI wrote my "about me" with AII wrote my project readmes with AII practice what to say/answer during interviews with AIim only 25 and i feel like i cant function on my own anymore. i genuinely cant think for myself. the only situation where i can probably use my own brain to do something is when it involves video games, fiction, movies, or TV shows.i'm experiencing significant memory loss too since late 2024 and no matter what i try to study / practice i just dont want to remember it.I keep telling myself that i rather be a novelist or game programmer or game artist and yet i never get anything done related to this pursuit since the last decade. I would joined art / gaming / gamedev communities but i ended up burning bridges left and right.

And yet here i am.My younger siblings are doing much better than me too. My younger brother is studying in a government school to be sailor and he's guaranteed a 4x salary job right away after studying. My younger sister is bad at academics but she's still part of the student council at her school and she's good at 2 musical instruments, highly extroverted, and really good at making video contents.

compsci + military has a ton of opportunities if u take that path…i don’t understand u practice interviews but aren’t even applying?don’t let the doomer shit get to u i got hired in 2023 w projects & no degree.i’m probably a bit fried from ai too.but u have to realize there are people w a swe salary that are more fried than u. there are people that are fried regardless of ai.btw i’ve gone through several interviews to the last round, 90% don’t have technical problems/leetcode if that’s a concern.at worst just turn a project into a startup.sry but ‘i have a compsci degree & projects’ is hard to feel too bad for.
