When I look it up all I get are the breathing exercise, edmr, and see a professional.

Why don't you do that? If you had a broken leg, you'd talk to a doctor about it, you wouldn't come on here asking for advice instead. Just because the trauma is psychological rather than physical makes no difference.

For me, it helped to look back on my past with gratitude. I understand the importance of compassion, justice and sympathy now as an adult because I received none as a child, and that's something I would never trade away for a happier childhood. You can be thankful for the lessons that you learned and that you came out of the pain a better person, without pretending that the abuse never took place or that it wasn't that bad. Once you learn how to be grateful for your past, resentment and bitterness fade away and leave nothing behind other than joy.

Second this, you can't think your way out of your brain being wired wrong

Nta, but I have broken a rib, 2 fingers, my big toe, and most recently my right tibia. I also completely severed my radialis indicis artery with a bandsaw. I have never gone to a doctor for any of this. You underestimate some people's stubbornness and determination to fix their problems on their own, and their ability to do so. All of these wounds I treated myself and all healed very well. My hand healed up in just over 2 weeks despite being gashed to the bone. Us "different" people will absolutely avoid a "specialist" like the plague

Nobody's brain is "wired wrong", that's a superstition. You actually can think your way out of negativity and frustration.

You're retarded

>I have never gone to a doctor for any of this.
Then you're a fucking idiot. But there's no reason to drag other people down with you.

Why am I retarded? I achieve superior results treating myself to people who have suffered serious injuries who do go to see doctors, and I don't break the bank doing it. Why am I a retard for having better skills, knowledge, health outcomes, and money than people (sheeple) who follow the status quo?

No, he's right. That and "chemical imbalance" are literally marketing terms from the wellness industries. You're the retard for falling for it.

Slit your wrists
