I have always thought that just about everybody IRL either does not acknowledge me or hates me, but recently, I have been having doubts.

>>34578605>>34579297to get over social anxiety in CBT they get you to approach strangers and try to get rejected. ask to see their watch, if you can put on their headphones to see what they're listening to, ask if you can use their cell phone to make a callyou learn to read people that don't actually like you that way, people that want nothing to do with you will refuse and will not go through your requests. obviously you shouldn't try to get rejected by people that actually like you, but if you're not sure, ask stuff like that and see if they'll let you.
