Intermittent fasting is a good way to lose weight quick and relatively healthily if you don't eat like shit. Lots of water and light/moderate exercise is great too. Overall just don't be a fat fuck and you'll lose at least a little weight. Good luck out there

Maybe try a spin on them like boiling the eggs or steaming broccoli and cauliflower together. What also helped me in resisting the trash food is realizing just how much bullshit they put in it, at least here in america lol

>>34579395I'm pretty sure this is bait but I'll bite. Something that most people in social media won't tell you is that dieting is not only about eating less, but it's eating to feel satisfied. If you drink a cup of zero sugar yogurt as your last meal you will still feel hungry and wanting more, because you need to eat something crunchy to feel the satisfaction of biting so add in some light crackers that are low-cal and you've got some decent protein that makes you feel full until sleep. If you eat roasted chicken and rice, you will be satisfied for a while, but if you add in 100g of salad, those greens will fill you up easily so you won't feel such an urge to snack 2 hours after that meal. Also get rid of snacks and buy little protein drinks or white cheese that you can cut some slices when you want to eat some bullshit, it helps as a distraction. It's all about tricking your stomach...that and exercise to help you burn those calories. Also if that's your body at 115kg you look great.
You can safely lose about 2kg with a calorie deficiet of about 500. Maybe 2.5kg at about 700. If you're doing any form of exercise I'd just stick with the 500 calorie defciet.A few cavets:If you're trying to lose weight regardless of muscle, trying to lose more weight will give you loose skin.If you're exercising, ensure you get 0.75kg to 1kg of protein per bodyweightAlternatively, how long are you in the outfit for? Good at holding your breath? Think you could avoid eating meats and drinks that day? Could easily wrap yourself into constricting leggings or tummy wraps for some reduced weight appearance
