So if everyone is just a bunch of biorobots with no free will and we just suffer because of a mix of chemicals, experiences and memories, what’s exactly the point of living and how could a god just make us all suffer?I’m an autistic guy with OCD so those disorders really truly make me have no hope for really anything with us in general.

You have the freedom to choose against desire in favor of wisdom and detachment, which is the purpose of life.You can overcome your disorders, it's just a matter of effort, patience and humility. I used to have all sorts of obsessive compulsions growing up, but one by one I've cleared them out until there's nothing left but an abiding peace.

There are schizophrenics who manage to find happiness. If you are sane enough to type your thoughts out, you are sane enough to build a psyche that can withstand your mental illnesses. I recommend you begin by loving yourself unconditionally (cliche, but it works). Then accept you have free will, even if your consciousness sometimes distorts the information available to your mind and its ability to act in accordance with your will. Good luck.
