I have been keeping a log of everything I eat daily, and also listing down every time I masturbate or have sex and ejaculate, and I have been doing this for the past 10 years.I originally started doing this since I noticed a direct correlation between my inability to have an erection at times and the types of food I was eating or lack there of.This eventually led me to discover from my doctor that I had genetic predispositions to anemia and how the food I was eating was affecting that but also, weirdly enough, my ability to have an erection and orgasm. But it also became a way to track other weird shit that occasionally happened to my body, and has helped me figure out patterns and foods I should or shouldn't be eating, and or figure out the causes of said shit.Does this make me a weird person?
>>34581643>ragebaiting every threadyou suck at this honestly

>>34581783Knew you couldn't resist the attention. I find it so hilarious that someone actually sits at their computer all day, waiting for a thread to come up and then post obvious ragebait for attention. How boring does your life have to be in order to resort to this?lmao anyways you suck at it regardless
>>34581577A food journal?
>>34584140I mean I still have occasional hemolytic episodes here and there where my body would get a small fever and my eyes would start burning and my body would feel weak just because I ate a brownie. And I would wonder, have I been eating enough B vitamins and iron? And then I would look at my food log and think, yeah, I have, so why the fuck is this happening to me?Sometimes the body is just too complex. But I would imagine if I wasn't eating enough B vitamins and iron, that brownie would have had be shivering in a burning hot debilitating fever for days, just like it used to do when I was a kid before knowing about my condition involving g6pd deficiency.
>>34586001Other weird things I've noticed because of my food journaling is that when I eat foods with a lot of fiber in them, my lower back seems to have this nerve pain that sort of radiates to my throat, making it feel like I have a sore throat, but I really don't. It's inflammation in my colon from the fiber.I usually eat a few spoonfuls of butter in that situation and magically the inflammation goes away and the pain stops.
No. It makes you a smart and conscientious one. However don't mention this sort of thing on the first date either.
>>34588600Alright
>>34588564Yeah, I think the fiber of the chocolate kinda tends to stick to the intestines a bit, and your body is like ahhhhh wtf is this ahhhh get it off of us ahhhhhhh. And so the fat helps get it unstuck. You eat enough chocolate and it's amazing how much your shit will literally look like a dark chocolate turd after coming out.
