I know they say not to do this type of stuff, but I got nothing left to lose.
I work in a Cruise Ship terminal owned by one company but operated by another. Technically, this means I have two bosses, fucking fantastic right? I belong to the former company and my gripe is with the operators, the latter.
In a certain part of the terminal there's Ubers picking up passengers in a place that they don't have authorization for due to an existing contract with the local taxi companies and possibly other reasons.
However the primary concern is safety because Uber drivers aren't vetted and at least with taxi drivers yes they work themselves but they're also represented by an organization with professional standards.
My plan is to pose as a guest getting off of the ship who then gets into an Uber in an unauthorized zone. What can I do to make the latter company accountable for a serious incident such as for example, safety, personal injury theft, etc.
Thanks for your time.

You already fucked up step 0: you made this post on the fed infested internet, especially 4chan of all places. And now it shows premeditated planning which is going to add many years to your sentence.
Next time, do it without writing down a manifesto brother. Or verbally talk about it with people irl. Not in any written down form or Google searches. But I believe you're past that stage.

Here's a general rule:
The only thing they can't access, is your brain. Then you can only lose by your own admission and by physical evidence (CCTV footage, being witnessed, leaving traces of yourself and your items)
So in general, not advocating for crime, but to entertain the thought - if you're going to do any crime keep it to yourself. Do it with what you already know, rather than doing research. That's the only safe way to do it.

Otherwise, you must be undetectable and commit a crime no one will notice, but this sounds like it won't work. We live in a heavily policed world. Find a legal-ish way, or move to India.
