I work in a Cruise Ship terminal owned by one company but operated by another. Technically, this means I have two bosses, fucking fantastic right? I belong to the former company and my gripe is with the operators, the latter. In a certain part of the terminal there's Ubers picking up passengers in a place that they don't have authorization for due to an existing contract with the local taxi companies and possibly other reasons. However the primary concern is safety because Uber drivers aren't vetted and at least with taxi drivers yes they work themselves but they're also represented by an organization with professional standards. My plan is to pose as a guest getting off of the ship who then gets into an Uber in an unauthorized zone. What can I do to make the latter company accountable for a serious incident such as for example, safety, personal injury theft, etc. Thanks for your time. >pic unrelated
