My partner is depres, I'm trying to support him as much as I can. Do yall have any suggestions or things I shouldn't do when he's in a depressed phase like this? Bcz i dont want to make him feel worst, Thank you

Do you know what caused or triggered it? Has it happened before? I'd say to try and look at the root of the problem for a more permanent solution.

In the meantime, stay by his side. Comfort him, let him know he is loved, that he has someone who cares for him. I guarantee that is already an immense help. Try to do or suggest some activities to do together, like going for a walk, or eating out, watching something, if he is in the mood. Might help him take his mind off of things.

No, he's not ready to tell me about it. I dont want to force him, but he starting to change after going hangout with his friend yesterday maybe something happened that day
