So i looked myself in the mirror and my hair is so thin in the middle that i cant see my scalp tru whats left of my hair, i feel like shit but i'm afraid to shave because i'm a bit fat and cant grow a fucking beard.

that kind of balding responds best to finasteride and monoxidil. I would recommend going topical so you dont accidentally castrate yourself though
