You look pretty nice, you have good features. The main things are the skin condition and hairstyle.I think putting more effort into your hair would work wonders for you, as well as makeup/facial creams to make your skin look clearer.

The easiest thing you could do is smile, you look like you have a cute smile, and in general you're pretty cute. A nice smile and great personality can go a long way. I'm no stylist, so I've got no hair or makeup tips for you. I would date you as is.
