Are ice baths actually good for pain/inflammation management or just a meme?I get constant elbow/shoulder pains, along with lower back pain. Physio gave me some exercises which have helped but it's more of a long-term reduction..I don't really have an answer if I get any sudden sharp pains besides paracetamol/tylenol and praying
>>34593493>I get constant elbow/shoulder pains, along with lower back pain. Are you sitting at a desk all day at work? If so, those are due to poor seated posture, and excessive computer use at unergonomic proportions.Lowering chronic lower back pain is going to require stretches, and you should consider using a knee chair if you have to sit for extended timeframes. It gets as much of the weight off your thighs and butt as you want depending on how you set the angle.
>>34593493>Ice bathYeah, more pain. Have you tried kratom? It ain’t even shit. Zoomers act like it is drugs but it is a somewhat adequate pain killer.
a good chair (steel case leap V2 for me) makes a different. A used one is 500 cad though...Many people say weight lifting helps their joints feel good.I do it and it feels like it resets my elbows, wrists, knees, back, etc.you need to experiment with stuff that works for you. Stop doing drugs. Get active
