I haven't studied this stuff but are there ways to increase the cognitive load? or the amount of information or learning u can do a day without suffering headaches/fatigues etc... It's hard to get the exact resources such as what diet I should have or the research and such. If anyone can help that would be much appreciated

so everytime I get tired I should take a nap? hmm didnt think of that desu

I believe it is all a question of focus and time. But just because it is simple doesn't mean it's easy. All you have control over is your focus and time but it takes extreme discipline to not waste them on stupid things.

Sorry I misunderstood your question. If your problem is headaches I can't help you I don't learn that much.

powernaps less than 30min are extremely beneficial

Yes, there are.
The mind learns in specific ways, and if you work with it you can learn a lot, fast.
Most of our education system though, is glorified babysitting, and nothing to do with education, so not much is learned.
As some have posted, sleep matters. Dreaming is your brain rewiring itself. If you don't sleep you aren't going to learn well. Daydreaming, is the same thing, but on a smaller scale while you are awake, especially if it's about what you're working on. Daydreaming ironically is important.
Don't work on a subject for more than an hour a day, It's wasted time. Switch between things.
Switch between learning formats for a subject. Simply reading something does not work if it's all you're doing. Video, audio, presentations, hands on etc.
Give yourself a dopamine hit every time you do some work. That might be social media, sugar, shopping, but only after the work.
Diet: Avoid sugar crashes. Low / unstable blood sugar destroys attention. High blood sugar like after a meal, destroys attention.

I've looked into the research of mental/cognitive fatigue, and it states that there is no correlation between subjective fatigue and actual cognitive performance, meaning that usually when they gave the subjects a break or they switched activities the perceived mental fatigue would go away. this actually happens to me a lot I'd be tired the entire day and can't really get the hang of a certain problem and then suddenly when I go for a drive/run or walk or hang out with a friend the fatigue sort of goes away. Which is proof that it's all subjective as the research indicates. Skill issue lmao disciplinemaxxing. Has nothing to do with diet just pain/stress tolerance. Anyways thanks a lot for the replies guys
