Why not try new things? Like a new hobby, or maybe going on a trip?
A hobby might give you something to look forward to, to learn something new and strive to perfect yourself in it. I can be an instrument, or a skill, or an activity like mountain climbing, kayaking, etc.
A trip might give you new perspective on stuff, as you learn about different cultures and places. If you travel through a turist agency, you can even maybe meet new people during the trip. At any rate, it'll be a new experience, at least.

Other than that, you can also try studying for something. Is there any subject you like?

Ive already tried making friends here but its the same as the rest of my life, it goes nowhere and I have to initiate every time because no one wants to be around you when your face is deformed. I actually did try to pick up guitar, get into magic the gathering, and learn Spanish, in order to seem like a more interesting person to make friends. Gave them up after a while though when I realized I actually dont care about any of that shit and neither does anyone else. Second I was in the USAF, autistic, and long story short picked the wrong job. I didn't fit in AT ALL! I didn't have a single friend, AT ALL! In Tech School I had no friends and most of my fellow Airmen in my job hated me and actively picked on me for fun. My base also trained AF intel kids and I heard they ran a D&D game once a week and I'm a huge autistic nerd and went to ask if I could join the game, They looked at me like I came to rape them. They said they didn't associate with my job, firefighter, as they had been bullied by the firefighters before. I explained I was an autistic nerd and always dreamed of joining a D&D group and I was harmless and also bullied by firefighters. They told me to leave and never come back. I never found a D&D group and watching Stranger Things where they played D&D and bonded for life over it made me very sad. So I get it. I was lucky and had a wife so wasn't alone alone but did become addicted to World of Warcraft back in the Vanilla OG days. If I wasn't at work I was on WoW or traveling with the wife. Don't worry she left me too anon.

I'm going to be honest, you have a few options you won't like. Get rich enough women won't care how ugly you are. Learn to love your ugly ass face, embrace it, and just take what you can get and be happy. Use hookers. Or get facial plastic surgery and fitnessmaxx. Magic nerds are really into Magic. I'm only able to stay friends with my long time friend because we go play Magic. He is really into it, I am not. I get tired of it being the only thing we do, so the rest of the time it's food, or movies. I try to get him to play other things with me, but he won't, so I gave up. I only have the one friend, and all the other people that I meet come and go and I'm introverted and don't get out much as it is, but too many people would pull me in too many different directions anyway and I like my solo projects and have too many of them.

If you don't know what you want to do with your life, think back to your childhood and the things that you wanted to do with your life back then. Surely you must have had thoughts about what you wanted to do as an adult. Sometimes we find out later that those things are too difficult or not worth it (like if your childhood dream was to be an Astronaut) but if you want something bad enough, you will do it. So if there was something you ever wanted to do, and put it off, and never did it, go do it! If you're thinking of ending yourself, you now have nothing to lose and can go do whatever you want, consequences be damned. Just don't hurt anyone in the process, okay?

If you do try to pick up other hobbies, pick up some that you actually have interest in, not just doing it because other people like it. If there is a social hobby that you can at least tolerate, continue to do that. That's me and Magic. I wouldn't play if it wasn't for my friend, but it gets me out of my house.
