How do I stop giving up as soon as I have a minor inconvenience?
Like today I woke up 5 minutes after my alarm and chose not to go to the gym because of that even though I had plenty of time.
There’s a project I was supposed to start at work today but I got stuck in traffic and was 15 minutes late to work so I decided to postpone it until tomorrow.
It happens with everything in my life
I think I’m just retarded I don’t know

Rather than thinking of those as inconveniences, continually remind yourself that they're opportunities. Overcoming an unexpected obstacle is your chance to increase your merit. If you keep bypassing them instead of taking advantage of them, you won't have any of the virtues that every man needs to be whole and happy, because every virtue rests on constancy. Doing what's right because it's right, even when it's difficult or painful to do so, is what makes a person admirable and good. Cherish those moments and make use of them, instead of letting them slip by you.

I thought I had an answer for this but I started typing and lost interest. No clue.
